If your talking about a torque plate used for machining the bores, I can't imagine too many people other than machinists would have one. But you never know.

yes i meant torque plate. and i know its a specialty thing for machine shops but i thought maybe i would get lucky and a member that works in a machine shop might loan it out. and yes i have talked with VAC as well. thanks for the help tho
