    Is this a healthy tick?

I know this forum might get a lot of these posts and I've already tried searching whether my ticking noise is healthy or not but couldn't get a clear answer so I apologize in advance for posting a common problem.

I recently replaced the timing belt, water pump, T-Stat, Spark plugs, accessory belts, and I thought while I was in there i'll do the valve adjustments as well. So I did.. But now I'm hearing this loud ticking noise that I haven't heard before. I'm really worried. I haven't changed the oil yet, I grabbed 20w50 Castrol GTX from walmart that I'm about to put in the engine hoping the noise reduces. Any input or advice will be appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Here's a small clip of the noise - video got cut off due to no space on the phone.
