Do I need to redo my valve cover gasket if I'm changing headstuds?

I'm going to do arp head studs for my turbo build, but I'm also about to change the valve cover gasket because its leaking. Do I need to do them at the same time? Haven't gotten the studs yet but I'd like to get the gasket out of the way.

It is relatively cheap. I always replace them even though the old one seems fine.

And every time you replace the gasket you need to replace the four rubber bungs.
