proper helicoil size for thermostat studs

hey guys, putting my motor back together and found that the threads inside my head for the thermostat studs are stripped.

i was told that the studs are 8x70? i dont know exactly what that means and im looking to helicoil the damaged threads. any idea what size helicoil i need and where i could pick a kit up locally?

thanks in advance, this stupid thing is holding the whole project up.

the thermostat studs are the same size as the intake, and exhaust studs. so if you have had either of these fixed you should know the size i need.
