m20 maf conversions castro or miller?????

ok so i have searched and yes a lot of thread come out. but none that compare the miller maf and Castro maf conversion.

so basically i have a stock engine with a ram intake thru the high beam and magna flow exhaust set up

im looking for a better throttle response and i have read that maf conversion will get me that.

so what are differences between the two and the advantages of getting the a maf converstion.
