88 crank no start

A week prior my car didnt start after getting $20 gas. Started right up the next day. Filled it and now she will crank but wont start. Thefe is spark no fuel. Fuel pump fuses and relay are good. Should I be checking for voltage at the pump when cranking next ?

Checking for power to fuse 11 when cranking would be the next step if you have spark. If no power there you could have a bad fuel pump relay. If power there a bad pump seems likely.
