2.7i problems, no power for starter input

Nearing the end of my 2.7i swap, testing the pins on the harness and all is well with the exception of pin 27 (starter input (terminal 50)) supposed to be getting 12v and I get nothing. Im using an 87is harness and my eta starter.

i've been helping on this car, and it has us stumped.

the starter engages and cranks properly.
no power to the injectors or coil
we can get power to the injectors and coil by feeding pin 27 power with a jumper

the car was a running eta before the swap so i dont think the ign switch should be suspect.

actually, the more I look at it we have to have a problem at s107 which should be in the glovebox area.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Have you checked crank position and ignition speed sensors? Make sure they aren't plugged into one another's connector....they're identical, easy to mix up. Otherwise, download the ETM, go down the list.
