89' 325is issues

Hey guys,

Found a couple wires disconnected, cant figure out where they go to. Location is under the driver side dash panel, one has a little lable with the number 7 on it.

Any help is good help

That looks like the door chime wiring to me but I'm not sure about the plug with the #7 on it.

Maybe someone else can chime in.

Yep, both go to the door chime. I just pulled it out from my '92 M-Tech II convertible restoration project.

Yep that be them, I don't have a door chime though, or lights that turn on when the door opens.

Right now Im dealing with a no start issue, get this.
Car will fire off starter fluid, gets fuel within spec, but injectors aint pulsing.

My original CPSs wiring was crap though, frayed and pretty nasty on the sensor end. New one is coming in the mail this week hoping that will clear it all up.

I did just change out the timing belt an tensioner, cap and rotor, plugs, head gasket, 2 rocker arms, valve cover. Ran before tear down wont start now, at complete wits end.

I noticed those two connectors hanging down today while sitting in the car racking my brain...
