Problem after valve adjustment and oil change

Did m20 valve adjustment (first time myself). Did everything according manual, 0.25mm gap for cold motor when both cams are facing down, eccentrics torqued to 11Nm with a small torque-wrench.

Started the motor, let it warm up till thermostat opened even more till it reached medium temp on the dash - worked perfectly fine, shut down the motor, drained the engine oil.

There was a problem with oilpan drain bolt (PO fuckery) etc. etc. - motor stood without oil for about a week, then new filter and new oil, gave it a bit of spinning with the starter to build up oil pressure, started the motor - its like running on 3 cylinders or smthg, there is a rhythmic accent in the sound, motor vibrates a lot, putting my palm on the intake i felt a dull rhythmic beat corresponding with the accent in the sound.

Is it possible, that eccentrics were under-torqued and those which where pushed by the camshaft for a week while engine stood oil-less moved by themselves?

As I mentioned, torqued them all using torque-wrench, checked them all at least 10 times to make sure before putting the valve-cover and then motor worked close to half an hour perfectly fine.
When loosening the eccentrics during the adjustment some of them felt A LOT tighter than 11Nm specified in the manual.
Maybe the torque in the manual is smallish and in fact requires a bump?

I recently did mine and yeah.... I just tightened them down based on how they felt when I loosened them. 11nm sounds pretty loose. take that valve cover off again and check!

It seems that reason for my motor running like that is that while changing oil I created a huge vacuum leak somewhere.

My engine is an old L-jet b23 where basically everything runs on vacuum, previously it would stumble severely upon opening oil-cap or lifting dipstick - now it is absolutely indifferent to that.
