    Identify this plug?

Hello! Just buttoning up my car after a timing belt / cooling system / ignition system refresh. Unable to find where this particular plug belongs and can't remember for the life of me if it was plugged in or not before disassembly. It comes out from near the dipstick tube (same bracket) along with another plug that goes into the idle control valve (out of focus at the very top of the picture).

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You have 3 x plugs, 2 of them are 2 prong, 1 is 3 prong

    -ICV
    -TPS
-Check valve going to your charcoal canister

Look like it's for the spark plug wire pulse sensor.

I'd say it has to be either the ICV or the Canister purge valve. Those are the only things that use a 2-wire connctor on that side of the engine.

The crank position sensor, the spark plug wire pulse sensor and the TPS use 3-wire connectors. The AFM uses a 5-wire connector.

ICV is plugged in and that wire is much longer than the others so I 2nd the idea that it is the purge valve right under the intake...OP you should have a vac line from the charcoal canister to the purge valve....I bet it is missing its missing this

Thanks to everybody who responded. Apparently the purge valve was removed at some point when the engine was rebuilt.
