Vent foam/padding/sponge/insulation what is it??

Can someone tell me what the technical name is for the foam/padding/sponge that is glued to the heater box, around the vents (can only see it if the the dash is removed)? Mine is brittle and is falling off and I'd like to replace it. Thanks.
