I need help please

hey guys, Ive got a problem, Ive had my 325e off the road for a while now, and Ive finally got it running again, but when I start it, it seems to run fine, then the next time I start it, it will seem to struggle to build revs up, and everytime after that it just gets worst and worst to the point it wont even fire, any suggestions?

You should perform a smoke test.

Almost sounds like vapor lock.
