Engine hesitation problem

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum, and it's good to be here. Anyway the ol m20 has been acting up. The engine will hesitate when I give it any kind of gas off idle. It does fine from just off idle on, but if you goose it from a low rpm, it kind of Boggs for a sec and then kicks in. What could this be? I took this video o show exactly what I mean.
