325e to 327i questions (starter, harness ground, brake booster)

Im wrapping up my motronic 1.3 swap on my ETA and need some help with a few outstanding items. I tried searching sticky motronic1.3 conversion thread but could not find anything specific to my issues.

    1. My I throttle body has a two holes for the dual brake booster hoses but one is blank. Could I use the upper vacuum hose that has the connection to the intake boot and just use E two nipple check valve (in the middle of pic)?

    2. The E starter has two wires coming off the harness, 1 Red ring, 1 yellow/black spade.

The 1.3 harness (1987) has, 1 Red ring, 1 Black ring(smaller). How do I wire this up to the E starter?

    3. Is this a safe way to ground the 1.3 harness Ground (2 brown ring types)?

    Thanks for your time.

    figured it all out....
    1. I used my E booster single line and plugged the intake boot with a large bolt clamped on. I ordered the right intake boot with no extra hole for the dual booster.

    2. Brain fart on this one. black wire is actually heat shrink and underneath is black/yellow. I cut off the ring and crimped the female spade on it.

    3. I found another thread hole a few inches away so its much cleaner now.

I have to say, this 885/motronic 1.3 swap project is a lot tougher than I expected. Not because of the above issues but the overall process. Its definitely one of those jobs where you wont want to pick up a wrench in a long while afterwards.
