Routing heater core hoses

Hi guys, I'm swapping an M20 into my 2002 and I'm trying to determine from part diagrams where to connect the heater core inlet and outlet hoses. I need some help with the identification / routing of some of these hoses.

1. Where to connect heater core inlet/outlet?
2. Identify hose # 15
3. Identify hose #17
4. Identify hose #18

I've done this on my 02.
17 From the back of the cylinder head to the inlet of the heater box and out from the heater to number 18.
15 from the engineblock high up towards the rear on the left side.
