Some Very Nasty Engine Sounds. Advice?

So my vert is definitely due for a timing belt right now, and I am planning to do that this week or next. Before I go ahead and do that, I recorded some of the beautiful sounds my engine makes. It's like an orchestra.

Anyway, there's knocking, ticking and rattling. It knocks and ticks always. The rattling only happens when revving at low speeds and low revs. It doesn't rattle when idling and it only started doing it recently. Someone know what that's all about? It sounds like a loose bolt in the engine.

The highest pitch ticking is injectors, no big deal. They are kinda supposed to sound loudish. The knock and rattle? Idk, could just be something bouncing around near the engine, or rod knock, or both or neither…
