Is it normal for the ICV to buzz while the car key is two clicks forward? The car starts up instantly and then dies. I did replace distributor cap/rotor, new spark plugs, and did valve adjustment. I currently have my VC off because I wanted to better hear if the valves were still chatty. Would keeping the VC off make the car shut off instantly because of the crankcase breather hose not being connected since it connects to the throttle body?
