Power steering hose placement 88 325is

Tried to use real OEM but can't seem to figure it out

If yours is like mine (87 325is), you're overthinking it. From the PS reservoir, straight down to the PS pump. From the PS pump, to the rack. From the rack, back up to the reservoir. The only high pressure hose is the one between the pump and the rack. I've replaced both of my non-pressure hoses with generic autozone PS hose and hose clamps. No problems.
I remember also being confused by the PS schematics, but it was simpler than I thought when I actually went to change them. Even though realOEM showed that octopus-looking PS system, my actually looked like this: http://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j...40779276480390
