    Turning over but not starting

Yesterday and went to start my car and I cranked it over for about 20 seconds and then waited a minute and it fired up stumbled a bit and then smoothed out. That happened twice yesterday but the 3rd time it never started. I replaced the fuel filter and FPR today. I switched the 02 sensor heater relay with the fuel pump relay and that did nothing. Then I jumped the fuel pump relay I got fuel to shoot out my fuel line so my pumps good. Does this mean my Fuel relay is bad? maybe my 02 sensor heater relay was bad as well and thats why it didn't work. I doubt my DME is bad.
I just ordered a new main relay and fuel pump relay. Even if none of these fix it they probably would have crapped out sooner or later. BUT I hope it does fix it

    HELP!!!

Tested the coil and the ohms between the - and + are within spec but the ohms between the center and + terminal are ZEERRRROOOO. I'm thinking maybe I need a new coil

I had a similar situation on an m30 when the CPS was going bad.

Replaced the coil and still didn't do it. So I disconnected the battery and DME then I checked the following

-Continuity between negative coil wire and DME pin 1. Check
-Verified DME pin 1 to ground is an open circuit. Bingo
-Continuity between DME pin 36 to main relay pin 85. Yup
-Continuity between DME pin 3 and fuel pump relay pin 85. Yessir

Then I reconnected the coil, battery, and DME and checked that

-With the key off there was power at DME pin 18, main relay pins 86, and 30. Yep
-With the key on I verified that there was power at DME pins 27, and 18
-With the key still on I made sure there was power at the coil + terminal and at fuel pump relay pin 30.

The only thing I didn't get a reading on was checking resistance between DME pins 47, and 48. Both are for the CPS. I would have kept going but I ran out of daylight.

If there is anything else I should check I'm all ears.

Okay so I drove it for 2 days and everything was fine. I was about 30 miles into my drive to work this morning and then the check engine light came on and it started running super rough. About two miles later the car just didn't have any power and was surging and then died. It was acting like it was running way rich and was smoking out of the tailpipe. Guessing un burned fuel. So I had it towed home and the stomp test tells me it's lambda 1. So I replaced the o2 sensor and still nothing. I have spark at the plugs and fuel. I'm at a loss.

Coolant temp sensor checks out fine? That wouldn't cause it not to start though. Even if it was bad.

              So recap
              NEW
              -FPR
              -CPS
              -known good coil
              -Fuel filter

It "should" start I don't get it
