Fuel System Problem

I'm in need of some help here. My fuel system is shot.

Going 60 on the highway, 1/4 tank of gas..and I lose fuel delivery. It idled but any throttle bogged it down. I turn it off, it turns over, no start. No fuel pump buzz when key is on ACC, checked the relays all three on the main relay strip are toasted. All fuses are good for the fuel system.

I have jumped the main relay as well as the fuel pump and fuel injection and I am getting no power at the fuel pump. When I jump them I get two clicks in my cruise control? as well as buzzing in my iacv. Does this mean my ECU is fried, or should I be testing something else? Is there any way to test the ECU?

You didn't mention what car you have.
Pull out the back seat and check the connections at the fuel pump to see if you have power at the pump. I had an 87 325is that had a break in a wire right by the fuel pump.
