M20B25 low idle and can't rev

Lately after hot ambient temperatures and short trip driving, the car has been having an issue. When I restart it after several for trips the motor has 1 horsepower and just sputters no higher than 1500 rpm. No throttle response and just sounds like it rocking at idle. Will go away shortly or has to be turned off and on several times.

Video from today when it was acting up and I was rushed to figure something out 10 minutes before having to leave for work.

How is it possible the car can run with neither the MAF and TPS? Usually with both unplugged the car will shut off. I didn't notice at the time, but in the beginning of the video you can see the check engine light is on. I will see if ohm readings are in spec on both sensors as soon as I can.

With the AFM unplugged, the car adjusts mixture based on o2 sensor feedback. An unplugged TPS won't cause any problems other than an unstable idle and reduced power at WOT.

When an engine experiences idle problems after the engine gets hot, it is likely that it has developed some vacuum leaks. A probable culprit is the aluminum elbow in the throttle body becoming loose. I highly recommend doing a smoke test when your engine is hot.

Thank you guys, it turns out to be the MAF. The car threw a code and I scurried on to the shop today and scanned it, sure as shit. Checked the resistance and the IAT sensor read in spec, the MAF didn't even get to 3500 ohms also with several flat spots. So anyone got a working one for cheap?
