No start issue after harness replacment

So i had to replace my engine harness it was shorting out my AFM. So wile i had a spare harness i separated the wires so i can relocate my OBD and my fuel relays to my M3/318i harness cover. I double and triple checked if there where any nicked wires and all the wires where perfect.

So i install the new harness and it wouldnt start. I checked all my connections and its all plugged in. I tried flipping the pulse sensor and CPS wires still nothing so i put them back the way they where im 99% sure that they are hooked up right.

So i got a Multi-meter. I tested all the connections apart from the oil level and oil pressure cause Those particular sensors i know wont effect the no start issue and the oil pressure one is a pita to get to on an ix.

I tested everything on a good battery and with a known good ecu. the key was on aux. below are the results.

    Coil 12.09
    o2 0
    AFM .2
    ICV 12.21
    TPS .24
check valve under the TPS 12.2
    Impulse 0
    CPS 0
    alt 12.21
    starter 12.1
    Fuel relays Orange: 12.2, 12.6, white 12.9

So i noticed the coil was getting 12 volts so i pulled the power wire off and tried to arc it and see if its still gettting power when i turn the key nope. It the ecu stops power to it.

I would look in my bently manual but my buddy is borrowing it. let me know guys.
Float like a cadillac sting like a Bimmer!:)
