Another cranking but no start thread

Hello all, I'm newbie 'round these parts, but I definitely need some help with my 325i. Basically what happened is one morning I went to start my car and as I cranked it, it wouldn't turn over. I thought maybe my spark plugs were due for replacement so I went ahead and put some Bosch w8clr's and it started no problem. This week same thing happened again but it was worse. I need some help in figuring out why this is doing this. I've attached a video so hopefully someone can help me out!

Maybe your timing could be off? If your belt jumped a tooth... How was it running before you turned it off?

Also maybe a ceank positon sensor? CPS? Theres a procedure for testing it i think

Once i get it started it usually runs great with no problem. It does this periodically to me where one day i can turn the key and it'll start in 2-3 seconds no backfire and its good for the rest of the day but on other days it will backfire and refuse to start. Pulled sparkplugs and soaked with fuel, oil also smelled like fuel after a few attempts at starting. Ruled out CPS as i have no check engine light
