No spark or fuel injector pulse

Car is an 87 325e, fuel pump runs when cranking.
Car has the flywheel for a jetronic e30 but with timing tab welded onto it.
Checked crank reference sensor for ohms and Ac voltage
    2 ecus
2 wiring harnesses due to first one being bad
    All fuses good
Tab on flywheel still good. Plz help before I swap flywheel for stock

Did you try the Main relay?
What were the ohms on the CPS? should be 500-540ish (pins 1 and 2).
Did you flip the connectors to where the CPS and the plug wires under the intake manifold? This will give that problem although I think the fuel pump wont run while cranking if you did.

Edit: Did it ever run? or are you trying to get it started for the first time.

Yes for the first time trying to run and I believe it's supposed to be 960 with the bell housing sensor. I have flipped them but the grey connector marks the sensors

Not talking about the bell housing sensor. CPS and spark plug wire pulse wire in the front of the engine.
How do you know there's no pulse? Did you put a stethoscope on the injector?
Also, the fuel return should be connected to the FPR on the fuel rail.

I have the cps that is mounted on bell housing. There is no sensor on the front of the crank. And I felt for it and no click at all. Gets fuel to the rail just the injectors are not being operated

5sp. I'm gonna check by switching the sensors tonight and checking pin outs on ecu one more time. Ecu should be getting power if fuel pump is running correct?

I believe fuel pump is always hot in the crank position but I'm not sure. do you get 12V at the coil in run position? The green striped wire to body ground, not across coil.

Yes I do. I will double check today since this one is new engine harness

Then the spark problem is forward of the coil, ie cap, rotor, wires, plugs.
The CPS should only turn off injector pulse, not spark - I think, not sure if this is true about the bell housing sensor.
                    What about the main relay?

It controls spark as well. I checked spark at the lead coil wire which eliminates cap rotor and all that. Wire Is good too

New flywheel on backwards? Ie. not in line with the bell housing sensor

Is your main relay a double pin 87 and not a 87, 87A. The main relay should power 2 pins (87,87) and not switch power between pins (87,87a). Also does your car have a 13 button OBC. If so there is a chance that the OBC code function is preventing your car from starting. The OBC code function kills spark and injector pulse.

Here is a link that might help with what I suggested above.
