Need help! Stomp test. What code?

Picked up this good vert a few months ago. Changed all fluids and replaced HG. PO did timing belt, water pump, replaced all coolant hoses. So all the major stuff is checked off.
Now I'm dealing with hopefully "little things" to really get her running smoothly and as worry-free as a 20+ year old car can.
CEL light just randomly went on. Engine temp ok. Coolant looked fine and oil level between max/min marks.
So I do the stomp test for the first time and this is what I got:
Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

Hoping I don't have to plunk another couple thousand on this thing. What code is it throwing? I can't tell if it's 1221 or??? I'm praying it's nothing major. :(

Looks like a 1221 to me.

Yup, 1221 for sure. I'd start by checking the wiring to the O2 sensor, but this code can also be thrown if you have a vacuum leak.

If you did the head gasket, you should have replaced the timing belt and tensioner as well. I hope you didn't reuse the old one.

You know what? I didn't check the work order to see if it got replaced or reused. Shit. Paid $2k+ for the head gasket job. FML.

Any reputable shop would know not to reuse a timing belt. They should know to replace the tensioner as well.
Since you had a mechanic perform the repair I would assume that they used all new parts, but it doesn't hurt to double check.
