Ishihara Johnson MIA?

Hey Guys,

This might be the wrong forum but, I am wondering how to get into contact with Ishihara Johnson. I ordered a crank scraper for my built m20 and my card was charged August 04, 2015. I have emailed several times asking for a ship date and never received a response and figured I would eventually get the scraper. Today I was going through my unfinished order pile and saw the receipt and tried giving them a ring but no one picked up.

This whole situation is ridiculous and I am not really sure what to do. Anyone that has direct contact with anyone over there that can get me my crank scraper? I think that waiting for nearly a year without getting my product is unacceptable.

They wait to get a bunch of orders for the same part and do them in bulk (not an excuse, just maybe an explanation). I remember it took a while for it to arrive for me, too -- but only a couple months, not 8.

I'd just keep wardialing them. I remember they have a reputation for being hard to reach, but people eventually get through.
