    Weird o2 sensor issue

I've replaced my spark plugs and now have low power under load. Idles perfect . I have replaced in the past two months... Wires, cap, rotor, coolant temp sensor, o2 sensor , valve cover gasket, oil cap, intake boot, ccv hose, fuel filter, fuel pump, cps.
My scan tool is saying oxygen sensor control.
O2 sensor voltage at idle is 0.019

Try driving without the O2 sensor plugged in. Make sure all items listed above were installed correctly.

Tried this no difference except the cel stays on after driving. I have not replaced my thermostat yet and it will run at 1/4 unless standing still might be always running cold? Too much fuel?

I would definitely replace that bad boy. My e34 had a stuck closed thermostat when i got it and I don't think its good to run the engine in a closed loop.

What are the symptoms of 'low power under load'? pedal to the floor? feels like you are pulling a trailer? or driving an e38 with a m10 swapped in?

You say that you changed fuel pump and fuel filter but is the FPR good?
