Low idle, inbetween start up and engine is warm?

My car idles great at start up and when the engine temp. gets up to temp.

But after a minute or two at cold idle, something kicks in or out and the rpm's drop to 550 and I hear a little clicking kind of sound, which may just be valve noise I can't tell. This only happens at idle.

Recently - for other tune up reasons - I've replaced the ICV, hoses, temp sensor, injectors, fuel rail, regulator, fuel pumps, relays and TPC. It's pretty fresh in there.

May seem like nitpicking, but I just don't get why I get this low idle after what seems like the thermotime sensor stopping the extra fuel and before the engine gets up to operating temp.

Does anyone have any ideas what would be kickign in after 2 minutes at idle or so before the car is warm?

    Thank you.

Hello, no it never dies... as as soon as the car is fully up to temp the idle is good. It's just this wierd zone...

I do have a new AFM - so I'll look at swapping that in and see if it does anything. Than kyo.

Funny enough but I swapped my AFM and my idle drop out did seem to go away.
