    325e won't start

Okay so I traded my e36 for an 85 325e that is pretty clean definitely needs paint. The guy was a BMW mechanic he said it needed an in tank fuel pump, so I found a parts car that was running two weeks prior. Still nothing fusible link was cut out so I replaced it and put in a new battery it was reading 10.6V. It has spark, but when I used a stethoscope on the injectors I heard nothing but I'm deaf so I'm gonna try a noid test to see if I'm getting power to the injectors tomorrow if I get off at a decent hour.
    So the run down is
    Used in tank fuel pump
    New fusible link
    New battery
Oh and jumpered the fuel pump relay it sparks but I got no sounds from the fuel pump. So I tried the light bulb with some wire and got no light.
Oh I am new to the forum and a noob to BMW I only had my e36 for 4 months but did a head rebuild on it. So I'm not a total noob to mechanics and I'm not good with electrical.
Any help is much appreciated please help I need to get it running!

There's also an inline fuel pump underneath the drivers side. A quick way to check if your getting fuel is to take off the hose to the fuel regulator and turn the key, if fuel squirts out should be good.

Okay yeah I was gonna replace the fuel filter just cuz it can't hurt and check the fuel by pulling the line at the fuel pressure regulator. Also I checked the power at the ecu and got 12V to each bank of injectors.

Do you by chance know if this fuel pump is main fuel pump? I've read about both being the main fuel pump so I have no idea

The in tank pump feeds fuel to the inline pump if one isn't working the car won't start so I'm assuming both are main haha
