heater hose connection at back of block?

m20b25, 1991. My heater hose fitting at the back of the cylinder head is badly corroded. What is involved with replacing it? Possible by cheating the engine forward an inch? Anybody have a part number?

It is a small space, but can be replaced without too much effort as long as the hose clamp screw orientation is accessible from the top. You will probably need to remove the wire bundle above it and shift it out of the way.
