Any difference between an auto engine and a manual?

So i have a m20b25 engine from 1990 325i automatic and was wondering if there is a difference between an auto and manual engine.

Throttle body to booster vacuum arrangement is different on late models. FPR intake manifold plate has two nipples on automatic. Neither one really matters.

Okay perfect. I was looking at replacing my vacuum lines and i noticed that in the images there is one less vacuum line. I guess thats what it is.
