Currently limping around and idk why it surges and bucks under load and now stalls sometomes when coming from a stop. i have so far cleaned the injectors and rail new fuel filter and relatively new fuel pump new plugs and timing redone i think theres rust in the tank but that shouldnt hurt too much right could i just flush it? Also how can i check fuel pressure? Its an m20b25. Also i cut off the cat because i thought it was clogged lol so thats not it

Please use the search function here. There are countless suggestions for this problem. First thing that comes to mind is intake leak. Have a shop perform a smoke test on your car.

The only reliable test for intake leaks is a smoke test with a pro machine. Intake leaks may be part of the problem, but I suspect there is more going on. But start withe a properly executed smoke test.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
