Stomp test code 1261 (fuel pump relay)
I've searched this code and it said to check the DME pins (particulary #3)....but aside from that what other issues should I be looking for?
In the pic below, I swapped the right relay w/ the middle one (same part #), and no change with my issue. I have a very jumpy idle, followed by the car stalling out/cutting off. When trying to restart it, it almost sounds like its getting starved with fuel and as I give it gas it wants to start....but dies as soon as i let off the throttle.

Can i rule out the AFM? The ICV is only 1yr old that I bought brand new.
