    325e to 325i

im doing a swap in my car. the problem i have come down to is wiring up the starter. all the starter is doing when i turn the key is spin and thats it. it sounds like the starter is not engaging to meet the fly wheel. someone please let me know whats wrong and how i can fix it. and the other thing i need to know is the c101 pin # 8,9,15 should be spliced in to?

    Thanks

I had thesame starter problem with my 318i ....is there another tab on your starter to where you would hook it up to if so that might work i know it did on my 6series never tried it on the 318 since i traded it for a 6 .....well goodluck....and also if you think its the starter why not go and test it at advance auto or auto zone some car place i know 'round here they do it for free anyways
