e to i swap- engine harness questions

---- what confusion --i've searched --
-- i have a full engine harness from a 90 i automatic ..going into a 87 e 5spd.. if this is not going to be absolute plug & play.. what must i delete and /or to add to the harness?
i have positioned the harness in the engine bay.. the confusion/extra wiring seems to be along the firewall near the passenger side and near the fuse box

can someone post close up pics of their harness near these areas

if im doing this swap but going with standalone, how much of the 'i' wiring will i have to use?
