    Identifying engine mount production date?

I read that you can read the production date for your engine mounts by looking at what's molded into the mount. I took out the engine mounts from my eta that I'm parting out to put into my iS (my mounts broke rallycrossing last weekend and I need to fix my car to autocross next weekend, so I'm putting the eta mounts in until new ones arrive online).

There's 2 sets of numbers on my mount. One set is 11, 12 and the other is 13, 10, 3. What do these numbers mean?

maybe month and day, or month and year? it could be the batch number, too, in case there is some kind of quality issue and they have to recall them

I'm pretty sure it's the month and year.
