Has anyone replaced all their vac lines with one of those silicone kits from HPSI

Also for all the 325e owners out there. What is that plastic “T” part called that holds 3 vac lines together near the icv.
My friend and i replaced the coolant temp sensor. Car was running great holding about 650rpm, but st night when i garaged my car and idle shot back up to 1000
