    update, fusible link wasnt connected so i fixed that, know i can jump secondary fuel pump from relay. Main relay only has 12v to pin 30, does this help at all?

      Now that you have power to the main relay and the OBC relay is bypassed, you should make sure you have the correct main relay. Does your main relay have 2 pin 87’s and not an 87/87a configuration? The main relay is unique and turns on power to 2 pins (87/87) at the same time, where as a standard relay switches power between 2 pins (87/87a). If you have the wrong relay the car will not start because only one pin will be getting power, so only half the engine electronics will be getting power.
