So I recently did a motronic 1.3 swap on my 86 eta. The idle keeps jumping from 700 to a little over 1k. Part throttle is fine and WOT is fine. My question is do I need to be running a tune on the 173 dme or can I use the stock chip on my 2.7 with a 200 head? Someone told me the rough idle is because I’m using a stock chip on a 2.7. Wanted to be sure before I buy a sssquid chip or do a W.A.R. chip.
