Ok, just wanted to update this thread. I got a compression test and everything checked out fine (numbers were between 160-165). The car is still not running great. I'm finding that this condition seems to be related to weather. It gets much worse when it's being driven in the rain, and it improves as it dries out. The plugs, dis cap, rotor all seem fine. I changed some of the spark plug wires and that seemed to help, but it's still not %100 gone. I'm also still finding weird white stuff in the oil. Any thoughts?

If what you find is a milky sort of emulsion in the oil when it is drained you have a leaking head gasket. That emulsion is formed when coolant mixes with the oil.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
