Mexican hijacked my engine!!!

I noticed this when i first bought it, so it has been on my list of things to do. Today i got the parts and fixed it, so i thought. it turns out it will only work like this. can you spot it?

the booster check valve 6 inches from the booster or the tube in a big U shape?

that big ass tube is the breather from the valve cover, and another thing no one noticed is the backwards ICV. Today I tried to fix it by changing the tube to the correct one and flipping the ICV the right way, and the bastard refused to work properly!

I caught the ICV thing. I guess the car just hates you because you're cheating on it with that Civic in your yard.
