      Becasue rockers dont just break on there own, and conitnually revving alone will not ensure a broken rocker. valve float is the cause of almost all broken rockers.

      Keep the factory redline.

          Well based on my experience so far, I'm in complete disagreement with you guys about keeping the factory redline, but I see no reason to take it as far as 7000 on a regular basis. With the shift light set at 6650 I was running consitant mid 15s without feeling like I was straining anything. I think a 6700 cutoff would be perfect because I would be unlikely to bounce it as much as I did with 6500. The 7000 redline I guess it's just a failsafe for missed shifts.
