    CAI heatsheild

I know I'm gonna get alot of crap about this but my car is an eta. If I cant go fast, I at least want it to sound good. I saw directions for a DIY heatsheild here made out of wendys trays, but I cant find them now. Does anyone know where I can find them? Also, the adaptor for the cone filter, should I just buy the one off ebay or is there a better one? Thanks

i bought mine off ebay works like a charm

you can use a small office wastebasket and butcher that to make your heatshield. basically you can just get some cardboard and make a template out of that then use the template and cut out what you need from the wastebasket

I dont really want to swiss cheese the airbox. I have seen the Lucas motors heatsheild before but the picture they have of one on an eta dosent look like it fits very well. The custom one I saw fit over the stock mounting points and went right up to the inside wall of the engine bay. Anyone have the blueprints of the Wendys one?
