    Broken cam seal guide cover!

So as I was trying to replace the cam seal while I was doing my timing belt, the damn cam cover sheared in half while I was trying to tap it out... And it is still not out!

Could I have fucked anything else up? Or do I just need to pick up a good guide cover and get the rest of the one out? All in all I did not have fun working on the car yesterday after I was at work :(

Just take the rest of the old one out, and install a new one. Make sure there are no little bits of aluminum stuck in there.

I found the part number on realoem but when I search bma, bav, and a localdealership for it, nothing comes up...

The part number I have is 11121264640

Bavauto had a timing gear set, which says it includes the cover but I am not sure...

Pelican Parts has that part # listed, $15.85.

Yeah I just went to the local dealership and ordered a few other random bolts and pieces as well...

Hopefully it won't be a pain in the ass.
