Fluttering noise..

My car makes a weird fluttering/ticking noise as I drive. I got a valve adjustment but it still makes the same sound.. Its only when my car is in higher rpms but when my foot is off the accelerator or lightly pressing it.. cant be heard from idle or while accelerating.. Idk what it could be.. any one know or have any ideas?
