    My car won't start

    1986 e30325es

It cranks but it seems like there is not spark. I replaced the fuel pump relay ( left one if you are standing on the drivers side) I think.

I need a picture w/ relay numbers so I can make sure I replaced the right one.

    Any one?

    Thanks,
I already spent $150.00+ towing my car home...

    Thanks.

Do you or do you not have spark? A lack of spark could be:

        1) Lack of timing reference data to the DME
        2) Lack of power to the DME (main relay or fuse)
        3) Bad DME
        4) Bad coil, ignition wiring, distributor cap/rotor
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

If you think it may be lack of spark, look through the diagram located here:

The shop just called and it might be the DME... What a pain!
