I got a free set of s50 pistons, and I want to try and use them in my m20b25. I will bore the block to 86mm, but what I want to know is what would I have to do with the pistons to make them work with a stock b25 crank and a b23 (76.8 mm / 3.024 in) crank? Machine the top? use a thicker MLS gasket?
This is being built as a turbo motor for more use in road race than straight line, I just want to see what the most economical way using the resources I have available.
What I do have is a whole b23 motor, a whole b25 motor, and s50 rods and pistons. What would be the best setup?
