Okay So i plan on giving this m20b27 block a valve adjustment.
What parts aside from the head gasket will I want purchase?

In addition the gasket you need four of the rubber bungs.

You mean valve cover gasket, right? Because replacing the head gasket makes for a pretty intense valve adjustment.
