I can't find anything aside from 666fab's and i'm not about to drop $2k in an intake manifold.

That's because it's not cheap to make a proper short runner intake manifold.

What about the 323i manifold? It has short runners.

          That's what I have.

I know it's not cheap, i'll drop $800 or more in to one, but $2k is ridiculous.

Will, you want me to post pictures of mine compared to an "i"?

Just post pictures of it period. A short runner intake looks completely different than a stock one.

It isnt anything special like a plenum with 1 inch runners or anything. It has shorter runners than the standard "i" manifold, with the same basic shape.

I'll take pictures of it & post them up when I get home. I'll get comparo pictures at the shop on Saturday.

Dbilas has an awesome short runner manifold, but it will run you quite a few quid.

I would make my own manifold (if I were you). Sounds like a fun project. Are you any good with a hammer, saw, and welder?

                        325i-

                        323i-

There is a pretty big difference that is more visible in person. If you cant tell the difference at a glance look at the angles of the runners.

I don't have the knowledge or the ability to make an effective one myself. Sure i could make something, but it'd probably perform worse than stock.

At least you are honest. Gotta give credit for that.

rThor--You have that backwards; the first picture is a 325i manifold and the second picture a 320i/323i mani
