      i have a dinan on my 325e a/t, problem is it still shifts at 4500rpm even with wot

        First you have an ETA redline is 4500 isnt it?

        have you adjusted your kickdown cable and throttle cable?.

        if the cable is too slack, it will only think your giving it half throttle and will shift accordingly.

        If you tighten it up until it hits the kickdown detent at like 8/10ths full throttle, it will improve the shift pattern of the auto dramatically.

        You also have to ensure you do the throttle cable first, as it directly effects the kickdown cable.

        Your car as I belive does not use an electronic controlled transmission ( my 87 E30 325i doesnt as I understand.. ) your chip controls your motor not your transmission.

        I'll be looking for a chip for my car in the near future, I'd probably go with a Mark D as I can decide if I want to get it tuned to some other goodies at the same time.
